Sharmane Fury is a two-time Golden Crane award-winning podcaster, public speaker, and entrepreneur who is redefining what podcasting can be. Sharmane is a Black-Japanese, British-American, queer, femme, widow, and proud cat parent. They are the host of Militantly Mixed, and co-host of BLERDcoMIXed and Matcha, Masala, & Murder.
With a passion for amplifying the voices of the Global Majority, Sharmane’s work focuses on intersectional identity, Mixedness, grief, queerness, social justice, and pop culture. As the founder of ManeHustle Media, she has built a platform that embodies a “for us, by us, and about us” approach—dedicated to creating inclusive, representative, and unapologetic storytelling.
Through every project, Sharmane continues to challenge dominant narratives, uplift marginalized voices, and cultivate community, reminding us all of the power and necessity of embracing our whole selves.
